1. Who we are

BLOW is a brand of Dahna alnadirah Company Women beauty Shop (Arabic: شركة دهناء النادرة للتزيين النسائي), a limited liability company registered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, commercial registration no. 7051794399. Our address is Altumamah Street, Ar Rabie District, Riyadh 13515.

In this policy, "we" and "us" mean this company. We are responsible for the personal data described below.

2. What we collect

• Contact details: your name and mobile number, when you subscribe, ask for a service or contact us.
• Membership and visit details: your plan, start and expiry dates, visits used, and your membership code (QR).
• Purchase details: the services you buy, the amounts and the payment method. Card payments are handled by the payment terminal and its provider; we do not keep your full card number.
• Messages: what you send us when you contact us.
• Basic technical data when you visit the website: your IP address, browser type and the pages you open, and essential cookies (see section 10).

We do not collect your precise location, your contacts or your photos, and we do not use advertising cookies.

3. How we use your data

• To provide memberships and services, and to record your visits and the use of your subscription.
• To contact you about your service.
• To issue invoices and keep accounting and tax records.
• To protect our systems from misuse and fraud.
• To meet legal obligations.

4. Our legal basis

We process your data with your consent, because it is needed to provide the service you asked for, and to comply with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with: payment service providers; technology and hosting providers that help us run our systems; and government authorities when the law requires it.

Our systems are hosted on secure cloud servers operated by Microsoft Azure in the United Arab Emirates.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your data while you are our customer, and afterwards for the period required by law (for example accounting and tax records). Then we delete it or make it anonymous.

7. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), limited staff access, backups and other measures to protect your data.

8. Your rights

Under the PDPL you have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, to ask for a copy, to correct it, to ask us to delete it, and to withdraw your consent.

To use any of these rights, contact us using the details in section 12. We will reply within the time set by law.

9. Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 without the consent of a parent or guardian.

10. Cookies and fonts

We use only essential cookies, to remember your language and to keep your visit working. The website loads fonts from Google Fonts, so Google may receive your IP address for that purpose.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The new version will be published on this page with its date.
