Account Deletion
How to delete your account and what happens to your data.
Delete your BLOW account
In the BLOW app: open the BLOW app → Account → Delete my account, and confirm twice.
Without the app: email support@blow.com.sa from the email on your account, or include the phone number on your account. We'll confirm your identity and delete the account.
What is deleted
Your name, phone number and email are removed from your account. Your membership ends, your membership card stops working, any queue ticket you hold is cancelled, and your phone stops receiving notifications from us.
What we keep, and why
Your payment records are kept for the period Saudi tax law requires (VAT/ZATCA). Remaining membership days are not refunded.
After deletion
You can't sign in to the deleted account. Signing up again with the same number creates a new account, and nothing carries over.
